For this prompt I created a journal page. I admit that it's a bit melancholy, but it represents a life lesson hard learned. After too many failed relationships to count and a catastrophic divorce, I was deeply scarred and thinking that there really are no guarantees in life. Suddenly a voice in my head said, the only guarantee is god and I started sobbing. Driving down the freeway one anonymous afternoon, there I was sobbing my poor broken heart out. It was sad and comforting at the same time. I never forgot this lesson and this is what I chose to journal about for this prompt.
Supplies and Process: Basic Grey Black Tie PP, Prima flowers, Creative Imaginations rub ons and bird heart, alpha stamps from stash (unknown - gift), Diamond Stickles and image (does anyone know the site this image came from so I can give credit? thx!) and brads from stash.

You know, it's interesting how a word, such as "Alone" can have either a positive or negative connotation...depending on your mood or life history. I am actually seeing this as a positive word and concept at this particular time and am thinking that this will be my next project!
